2. Purpose Data Collection
Personal data is collected by TERAPY for a number of purposes. These are explained below.

  • Sending newsletters
TERAPY sends out newsletters via e-mail. These newsletters are on the one hand commercial and on the other hand focused on sharing tips for essential maintenance of the products. Your e-mail address will be collected via the appropriate form on the TERAPY website. All other name and address data are also collected when placing an order. Only your e-mail address, first name and last name will be used for the newsletter. In addition, you can be asked orally or textually to sign up.

  • Placing an order
Your data will be collected when you place an order with TERAPY through the website or by phone. However, this form only asks for the required data to be able to execute a delivery and in order to be able to make a correct invoice. These are your name, first name, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, invoicing address, VAT number (mandatory for companies outside the Netherlands to be able to use the 0% VAT rate) and Chamber of Commerce number (Chamber of Commerce number not compulsory).

  • Analytics
The TERAPY website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. These data are anonymous and are therefore not tied to your personal data. Think of information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit a lot.
All data will only be processed with your explicit consent. It will be done so in order to execute the agreements that are entered into (product purchas), or because processing is necessary to bring you in contact with necessary partners for the execution of the contract.
